Downloader is an Android app developed and operated by Wambesha LLC, a New Mexico (USA) limited liability company (NM SOS ID 0008057749), 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. We operate from Mombasa, Kenya, under the registered business name WABESHA TECH (BN-DBCPG73G), Anna House, Tononoka, Mombasa, Kenya. In this document "we", "us" and "our" mean Wambesha LLC.
This page explains how to get help with the Downloader app.
1. Write to us
- For help with the app, a question about your account or a privacy request: support@downloder.app
- If you hold the rights to a work, or act for someone who does: rights@downloder.app. The Content Policy explains what to send.
Please write from the e-mail address of your account if you have one, so that we can find it.
2. What helps us help you
- what you were doing when the problem happened, and what you expected to happen
- the name of the film or series, if the problem is about one
- your phone or tablet model and its Android version
Never send us a password or a sign-in code.
3. A download that is slow or does not start
The Downloader app itself stores and serves no files. When you choose a reference, the app passes it to another app on your device that you choose, such as a torrent client or a download manager, and that app does the download. If a download is slow, stops or never starts, the cause is usually that other app, your connection or the source. We cannot see or control a transfer once it has left the Downloader app.
4. A title or a reference that is wrong
On the screen that lists the references for a title you can report the title. Tell us what is wrong and we look at it.
5. Your account and your data
You can delete your account in the app: open Settings, go to the Danger Zone section and choose Delete account. The page called Delete your account explains what happens next, and how to ask us by e-mail if you no longer have the app. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and the rights you have.
6. Changes
We may change this document. The version in force is the one we publish, and each published version carries a version label.
7. Language
This document is written in English. Translations are provided for convenience. If a translation differs from the English text, the English text governs, unless the law of the country where you live says otherwise.
